By accessing or enrolling in any course on Womea Skills, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

Womea Skills-ல் படிப்பில் சேருவதன் மூலம், கீழே உள்ள விதிமுறைகளுக்கு ஒப்புதல் தெரிவிக்கிறீர்கள்.

Acceptance of Terms

விதிமுறைகளை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளல்

By registering, browsing, or enrolling in any course on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

இந்த விதிமுறைகளை ஒப்புக்கொள்ளாவிட்டால், எங்கள் சேவைகளை பயன்படுத்த வேண்டாம். பதிவு செய்வதன் மூலம் இந்த விதிகளுக்கு ஒப்புதல் தெரிவிக்கிறீர்கள்.

Course Enrollment

படிப்பில் சேர்தல்

All course enrollments are subject to availability and confirmed only upon successful payment. Womea Skills reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify course content with reasonable prior notice to enrolled students.

Course access is granted only to the registered individual — பதிவு செய்த நபருக்கு மட்டுமே அணுகல் அனுமதிக்கப்படும்.
Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited — Login விவரங்களை பகிர்வது தடைசெய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
Course availability may vary by batch — இடங்கள் கட்டுப்படுத்தப்பட்டவை, முன்பதிவு அவசியம்.

படிப்பில் சேர்வதற்கு கட்டணம் முழுவதுமாக செலுத்தப்பட வேண்டும். இடம் கிடைப்பதை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு சேர்க்கை உறுதிப்படுத்தப்படும்.

Payment & Fees

கட்டணம் மற்றும் கொடுப்பனவு

All fees must be paid in full prior to gaining access to course materials. Womea Skills uses secure, encrypted payment gateways to ensure the safety of all transactions.

⚡ Important Notice

Course Payments Are Non-Refundable

All payments made towards course enrollment at Womea Skills are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is processed and course access is granted, no refunds, partial credits, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances — including personal reasons, change of mind, or inability to attend sessions.

This policy applies to all course types: live sessions, recorded content, workshop programs, and mentorship packages.

கோர்ஸ் கட்டணம் திரும்ப கொடுக்கப்படாது (Non-Refundable):
Womea Skills-ல் படிப்பிற்கு செலுத்திய கட்டணம் எந்த காரணத்திற்காகவும் திரும்ப வழங்கப்படமாட்டாது. தனிப்பட்ட காரணங்கள், மனம் மாறுதல், அல்லது வகுப்புகளில் கலந்துகொள்ள இயலாமை ஆகிய எந்த சூழலிலும் திருப்பி செலுத்தல் மேற்கொள்ளப்படாது. தயவுசெய்து பதிவு செய்வதற்கு முன்பு நன்றாக யோசித்து முடிவு எடுக்கவும்.

Intellectual Property

அறிவுசார் சொத்துரிமை

All course materials, videos, documents, and content published on Womea Skills are the exclusive intellectual property of Womea Skills. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Screen recording or downloading of course videos is not permitted — வீடியோக்களை பதிவிறக்கம் செய்வது தடைசெய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
Course materials are for personal learning only — படிப்பு உள்ளடக்கம் தனிப்பட்ட பயன்பாட்டிற்கு மட்டுமே.

அனைத்து உள்ளடக்கங்களும் Womea Skills-ன் சொத்தாகும். அனுமதியின்றி பகிர்வது சட்டப்படி தண்டனைக்குரிய குற்றமாகும்.

Student Code of Conduct

மாணவர் நடத்தை விதிமுறைகள்

All students are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct throughout their engagement with Womea Skills — during live sessions, community interactions, and all communications with instructors or peers.

Harassment or abusive behaviour will lead to immediate account suspension.
Impersonation or misuse of credentials results in termination without refund.
Students must respect instructors and fellow learners at all times.

அனைத்து மாணவர்களும் மரியாதையான மற்றும் தொழில்முறை நடத்தையை பின்பற்ற வேண்டும். தகாத நடத்தை கணக்கை ரத்து செய்வதற்கு வழிவகுக்கும்.

Certification

சான்றிதழ்

Certificates of completion are issued to students who successfully fulfil all course requirements including attendance, assessments, and assignments. Womea Skills reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of misconduct or incomplete participation.

படிப்பின் தேவைகளை வெற்றிகரமாக பூர்த்தி செய்தவர்களுக்கு மட்டுமே சான்றிதழ் வழங்கப்படும்.

Limitation of Liability

பொறுப்பு வரம்பு

Womea Skills provides educational content for skill development. We do not guarantee employment, income, or specific career outcomes as a result of completing any course. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective course.

Womea Skills படிப்புகளை திறன் மேம்பாட்டிற்காக வழங்குகிறது. வேலைவாய்ப்பு அல்லது வருமானத்தை உறுதி செய்வதில்லை.

Changes to Terms

விதிமுறை மாற்றங்கள்

Womea Skills reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
