Womea Skills is committed to upholding a lawful, ethical, and secure learning environment. This page outlines the actions we may take in the event of violations against our platform, users, or intellectual property.

All course content, videos, study materials, branding, and digital assets on Womea Skills are protected under Indian Copyright and Intellectual Property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
- Downloading, recording, or re-sharing course videos without written consent.
- Publishing course materials on third-party platforms or social media.
- Using Womea Skills branding or logo without authorization.
- Selling or licensing our course content to others.
Consequences: Immediate course access revocation, civil action under Copyright Act 1957, and/or criminal complaint under IT Act 2000.
Any form of fraudulent activity on or related to the Womea Skills platform is treated with the utmost seriousness, including:
- Registering under a false identity or using fake credentials.
- Sharing or selling forged or manipulated certificates issued by Womea Skills.
- Unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Providing false information during enrollment or verification.
Consequences: Permanent account termination without refund, reporting to cybercrime authorities under IT Act 2000, and legal proceedings under applicable IPC sections.
All transactions on the Womea Skills platform are fully recorded and linked to enrolled accounts. Course fees are non-refundable as stated in our Terms & Conditions. Any concerns must first be raised directly through official channels.
- Chargebacks initiated in bad faith after accessing course content will be contested through banking and legal channels.
- Evidence of course access, login history, and session records will be submitted to financial institutions in all disputes.
- Womea Skills reserves the right to pursue legal recovery proceedings for disputed amounts.
Consequences: Account suspension, reporting to payment gateway fraud teams, and legal recovery if applicable.
Womea Skills maintains a zero-tolerance policy against harassment, abusive behaviour, or any misconduct directed at instructors, staff, or fellow students — online or offline.
- Verbal or written abuse towards any member of the Womea Skills community.
- Attempts to disrupt live sessions, defame instructors, or damage platform reputation.
- Unauthorized scraping, hacking, or exploiting platform vulnerabilities.
Consequences: Immediate account termination, civil defamation action, and complaints to the cybercrime division under IT Act 2000.
If you have witnessed or experienced a violation of our policies, we encourage you to report it promptly. All legal concerns are treated seriously and investigated confidentially.
